Full Refund (100% of payment amount)

Partial Refund (80% of payment amount)

  • Available between 48 hours and 7 days post-payment

  • Includes 20% performance fee for administrative and processing costs

2.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in these specific scenarios:

  • When services have been fully rendered and delivered
