Partial Refund (80% of payment amount)
Available between 48 hours and 7 days post-payment
Includes 20% performance fee for administrative and processing costs
Only applicable for services not yet delivered
Requires formal request submission
Refunds will not be issued in these specific scenarios:
When services have been fully rendered and delivered
For customized projects where work has commenced
After 7 days from the original payment date
For any violation of our terms of service
When third-party costs have been incurred on client’s behalf
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Provide detailed reason for refund request
Evaluation:
Our team will review within 24 business hours
May request additional information if needed
Will provide preliminary response within 48 hours
Processing:
Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Credited to original payment method
Notification sent upon completion
Completion:
Confirmation email with refund details
Updated records in your account

In case of payment disputes:
We encourage direct resolution before chargebacks
Chargebacks incur 5% processing fee if found invalid
Fraudulent claims may lead to legal recourse

Calculated based on work completed versus remaining
